This site is meant to be a repository of my own recollections of my life.  Everyone has their own version of events, and memories do change over time.  If you, the reader, were present during an event, please feel free to leave a comment with your version of events.

I believe it was at my third birthday when I received a stuffed animal in the shape of a frog.  TO me it was huge, in reality it was probably about a foot long, and wasn’t very soft, and the stuffing was very firm, the legs wouldn’t even bend.  I don’t know why this memory is so vivid to me, and I am not even sure about my age at the time.  I belive I kept that toy until I was ten years old and we moved to Minnesota.

My falling dream has always featured me falling down through the middle of a red carpeted staircase.  I don’t conciously remember ever using red carpeted stairs, and I have had this recurring dream throughout my life.  I mentioned this to my mother once and she said that the apartment building my parents lived in had stairs just as I had described.  It is amazing to me that I could take a visual gathered as an infant and access it throughout the rest of my life.
